2007 T20 World Cup Winners – India

2010 T20 World Cup Winners – England
England ended their trophy drought in the ICC events securing the 2010 T20 World Cup held in West Indies. Paul Collingwood and his men beat Australia in the finals way too easily by 7 wickets to enter the record books. After finishing second in Group D with a loss over West Indies, they dominated Group 8, winning all 3 matches. In the semi-finals, they humbled Sri Lanka by 7 wickets and entered the finals for the first time and the rest is history.
Kevin Pietersen and Craig Kieswetter were the chief architects of the success, scoring 248 and 222 runs respectively. The 7th edition of the T20 World Cup was moved out of India due to covid-19 pandemic and played in UAE and Oman.
