How many matches are in the Super 8 of the T20 World Cup 2024

What will be the format of the T20 World Cup 2024?

The schedule and format of this year’s T20 World Cup are quite different from the other editions of the tournament. The tournament will be played in three stages this time around: the league stage, the Super 8s, and the knockouts.

It will kick off with the league stage matches, where five teams in each group will play one match against every other team in their group, which makes it a total of four matches. After each team plays their league stage quota of four matches, the top two teams in each group will proceed to the next round, which is the Super 8s.
